1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Responsibility

Your pak345 account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact pak345 support immediately.

• Do not share your username, password or account access with any other person.
• Do not allow anyone else to use your account to place bets, make deposits or withdraw funds.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device or a public connection.
• Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

pak345 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from a user sharing their account credentials voluntarily or failing to secure their device. Account security is the individual user's responsibility once login details have been issued.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to pak345 accounts are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods:

5 Withdrawals

• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are only available once wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the user and returned to their account balance before processing is complete.
• pak345 processes withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the Withdrawal page. Delays caused by the user's bank or payment provider are outside pak345's control.

pak345 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been flagged. These checks are carried out to protect users and the integrity of the platform.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pak345 offers bonuses and promotions to registered users from time to time. These include welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets and seasonal promotions around events like PSL and T20 internationals. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules:

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to accounts in PKR and must be used within the validity period stated in the individual offer's terms.

7 Betting Rules

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. Bets pending confirmation are not yet active.
• pak345 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an error in the odds is clearly evident (for example, a pricing error that does not reflect market rates).
• In-play bets accepted before a significant event in the match (such as a wicket in cricket or a goal in football) may be voided at pak345's discretion if the result of that event was already known at the time of placement.
• For cricket markets, if a match is abandoned due to weather or any other cause and does not reach the minimum overs required for an official result, match result bets are voided and stakes returned. Specific markets may have different rules – refer to the market terms.
• Maximum winnings per bet are capped and vary by sport and market. These limits are visible on the betslip before you confirm a wager.

Live betting odds on pak345 reflect the real-time situation of the event. Odds may be suspended briefly during key moments in play and will resume once the situation is resolved. This is standard practice and not an error in the platform.

8 Live Casino & Slots

The live casino and slots sections of pak345 are subject to the same general account and payment terms as the sports betting section. Additional rules specific to these products include:

• Game outcomes in slots are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). pak345 does not influence or manipulate any game outcomes.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

pak345 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• The account holder is found to have breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account holder is identified as being under 18 years of age.
• Identity verification documents are not provided when requested within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious or irregular activity is detected that cannot be satisfactorily explained.
• The account holder requests closure through the self-exclusion process.

Users may also close their own pak345 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance of real-money funds (not bonus funds) will be returned to the user's verified payment method following the standard withdrawal process.

11 Privacy & Data
